BLACK PANTHER 2 RELEASE ON DISNEY PLUS ON 1st FEBRUARY 2023

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has difficult tasks to accomplish, which come mainly from the absence of its main figure, after the unfortunate death of Chadwick Boseman, however, it achieves an outstanding result of preparation, through an effective exercise of the elements that make up the feature film. Before seeing the film, I was afraid that they would not find a correct way to deal with the issue of the loss of King T'Challa, but fortunately, the film knows how to develop its themes, with a good organization in the script, at the same time with a precise emotional charge. at specific moments, without falling into saturation.

From my point of view, everything that worked in the first film is transferred to this sequel with better effect, mainly an elaborate ideological conflict between two opposing entities, verbal, political, and ideological confrontations with an ingenious conceptualization, which involves the characters and enables performers to deliver an outstanding level of performance.

IS BLACK PANTHER IMPORTANT TO WATCH?

The portrait of the Wakanda nation and its culture is once again fascinating, with an immersive setting, we also explore the wonderful culture of Talokan, with the art that displays its visual richness, and submerges us under the sea with magnificent production design and an absorbent essence. The long duration is one of the negative points of the film, it is justifiable due to the development and tone it deserves, but its density and slow pace can affect the experience minimally. The edition has slight flaws, which in more than one moment made me disconnect. The visual effects are good, but in a few scenes the quality drops.

Some performances are worthy of recognition, for their extraordinary screen presence. Shuri is a splendid protagonist, and Namor is an imposing antagonist and one of the best characters introduced in this new Marvel Studios saga. A majestic soundtrack, vibrant sequences, and great action moments grace the rhythm and political conflict of this moving tribute to King T'Challa.
