THE TREASON SERIES SPOILER FREE REVIEW

Mr. Daredevil has come out from Hell’s Kitchen to MI6

Not bad, not bad at all. It was a very nice experience with just 5 episodes. Not too long, not too short. The pace is also good, its kinda fast but not without some good measurement of the plot development and good execution. It’s not really that special but once you hit Ep 1, it seems like you can't stop. No reason, just want to finish it quickly. Charlie Cox is so charming he’s loveable and very easy on the eyes. It’s hard to look away from him. And yeah he’s a good lead.

The plots are okay, I guess. They’re not overly aggressive or over the top, just really right in the middle. I do enjoy the progress of each episode, they flow nicely. Now that ending, I did not see that coming at all. I’m not sure it’s a good one, but the surprise attack took all of us off our chairs. Even my reaction was late, I screamed a few seconds after it happened. Storywise, it was kinda necessary but I think there are other better ways to end. I had mixed feeling about it, I love that they’re being real and no bs but at the same time it’s kind of a mess. In the end, I think they want to show that you can’t get away from your sin, it will haunt you and serve you right.

IS TREASON WORTH WATCHING

The mystery is sort of fun but just not that special. The culprit is not surprising as well. Somehow, the plots overshadowed each other. Look, it’s still good but they overlay each other so it is hard to focus sometimes. But rest assured, overall it is good. Not special, but it's good enough for you to have fun with it.

In the end, yes I do recommend this one. Just as a series you use to pass by boring time. Is it that special? No. Is it memorable? No. But the simplicity of it is very indulging. I just love that they’re right in the middle and not overpowering. Enjoy.
