PUSS IN BOOTS: THE LAST WISH FULL MOVIE DETAILS
The Cat with Boots by Antonio Banderas was always my favorite character in the Shrek franchise, this funny and exciting film manages to effectively transport me to childhood, by making me remember how nice and characteristic this little feline is, which inevitably he has already become in an emblematic figure of animation.
I should equally stress that I liked the spin-off movie “Puss in Boots” from 2011 because it enters us for the first time into a story centered on this character which worked perfectly in the Shrek movies, but this sequel “The Last Wish” succeeds to its predecessor with a wide margin of quality in every area of its composition, both in structure, execution, and technical elements.
Puss in Boots: The Last Wish Action Packed
The beautiful animation conveys the feeling that each frame is an artistic painting, peculiar and flawless, with the composition of 3D and 2D animated elements similar to the innovative style of Into the Spider-Verse, in addition to that just like in the animated film of Spider-Man, uses a precise frame per second rate for the footage, which recreates the impression of being visualizing a comic in motion.
This style of animation applied to Puss in Boots: The Last Wish is not its only forte, also the story and emotional weight represent an improvement regarding its predecessor, which furthermore positions this sequel on top. A great achievement in the graphic realization, gives it a wonderful touch, a wonderful elaboration that further amplifies the attractive effect in the action, with dazzling moments of large visual scale.
Antonio Banderas once again causes sympathy with his stunning voice work, giving it the iconic tone that produces an irresistible grace. The story turns light and intense in the right measure for a film of this style, with great characters and an imposing main villain. The movie offers everything you can expect and so much more.
